Lake 7 Creative to Make Story Available to Readers Online
April 13, 2009—Ryan Jacobson and Lake 7 Creative recently announced the title of the fourth book in the popular series, Santa Claus: Super Spy. The upcoming chapter book will be called “The Case of the Wisconsin Werewolf.”
Perhaps even more exciting, the book will be made available online, for readers to enjoy free of charge. Beginning on Monday, July 13, Jacobson will post one chapter every week, and—with their parents’ permission—fans of the series can link to the story via www.lake7creative.com.
“I’m eager to get back into writing Santa Claus: Super Spy,” said the author. “It’s been a couple of years now, and fans are always asking, ‘When’s the next book?’ Finally, I have an answer.”
Jacobson also hopes that beginning the story mid-summer will keep children reading during the summer months away from school.
“It’s an experiment,” added the Mora, Minn., resident. “I want to attract a lot of readers. And if it goes well, perhaps it will be something I’ll try to do every summer.”
